URYC Dinghy Show trip Saturday 3 March 2018
Trip to the dinghy show on Saturday 3 March.
So far over 10 members have expressed an interest in going.
Departure and return will be from the club (cars).
By car it’s under 1hr 15 mins drive from Hullbridge, and the carpark at Alexandra Palace is free – recommended arriving early to guarantee a space.

Ticket prices
The transaction fee is £1.50 for E-ticket (Print-at-home). Please note that this fee is per transaction and not per ticket.

Timetable
Where we are now:
Sunday 18 February – (warm up race day), a good opportunity for those going to sort out their travel arrangements lunchtime at the club and pay for their tickets (see prices above). Any gaps filled/all going to have seats (DH to coordinate and confirm to all attendees by email). Anyone not at this lunchtime meet up will be contacted individually by email to request payment for their tickets. Joining instructions e.mailed to all attendees – £ entrance fees (where applicable) requested from anyone who has not already paid.
Sunday 25 February – deadline for payments. Please note £10 is the discount price for RYA affiliated club members but these tickets must be bought in advance. Anyone not paying the price of their ticket by this deadline will be responsible for buying their own entrance ticket. Tickets will be bought in advance for all who have paid in for them before Sunday 25 Feb (plus those who are under 15 and allowed in free).
Wednesday 28 February – tickets bought in advance – these will be distributed to members attending by email for printing at home.
Friday 2 March – deadline for duplicate printed e.tickets to be handed to Graham (for distribution on the day if required).
