Benfleet Yacht Club have sent an invitation to members of our club to enter the Nore Race. Probably the most famous and long running sail event in the Thames Estuary. This is open to cruisers and dinghies. There is a leaflet giving full details on the club noticeboard; this includes an entry form and chart of the course.
Worth a look even if you prefer river sailing.
