To assist members where their circumstances change the Club offers a range of alternative memberships to enable members to maintain their association with URYC.

Associate Family Membership
This is a non-sailing membership for a member, their partner, children and grandchildren up to the age of 18, who wish to make use of the bar and enjoy the social functions at the club. This grade of membership also provides occasional opportunities to crew for sailing members.
Single Associate Membership
This is a non-sailing membership for a single adult. An Associate member can enjoy the bar facilities as well as the club social events throughout the year. This grade of membership also provides occasional opportunities to crew for sailing members.
Out of Port Membership
This membership is for members who live more than 50 miles from the club, but wish to make occasional use of the club facilities.
Please speak to our Membership Secretary about associate memberships as these are limited under the Club Rules to a maximum of 20 percent of the membership.
